How to Send Assessments
To send a new MBC assessment, open your client’s dashboard and go to the Assessments tab. Click Send Assessment to begin.
From the list of available tools, choose the assessment you’d like to send. Then set how often the client should complete it:
For one-time screeners, select a due date and set frequency to Not Recurring.
For ongoing trackers, set the first due date and choose how frequently the assessment should repeat.
You can also include an optional note to help the client understand why you're sending the request. Once you’ve reviewed your selections, click Send Request.
Recurring assessments will be delivered automatically—no need to track or resend them manually.
How to View and Track Results
Once your client completes an assessment, it will appear automatically in their Assessments tab.
Click any completed assessment to view:
The client’s full set of responses
A graph showing trends in scores over time
A summary sidebar with result interpretation and suggestions for how to present this in session.
This gives you a clear view of how your client is progressing and helps support data-informed decisions—without requiring manual scoring or interpretation.
What Clients See
Clients receive assessment requests directly in their Allia mobile app. When you send a new assessment, it appears on their home screen along with the due date and any notes you included.
They’ll also receive reminders to complete the assessment on time. All tools are designed to be fast and intuitive to complete on mobile—reducing friction and increasing completion rates.
