Until recently, Allia has supported solo clinicians with a simple, secure, and intuitive workspace for client care. But many clinicians work within group practices, where collaboration is part of their daily routine. They supervise interns, share clients, coordinate handoffs, and carry a collective responsibility for quality care.

Yet most tools for group practices are fragmented - teams jump between an EHR, a shared drive, spreadsheets, messaging apps, and external dashboards. This creates gaps in supervision, inconsistent access, and information that is hard to track or share.

Over the past year, practice leaders told us how much this slows them down, so we created something better.

Today, we are excited to introduce Allia for Practices.

A connected workspace designed for mental health teams that want a clearer, more organised, and supportive way to work together.

      Why this matters

Group practices carry a huge emotional and operational load.
You support each other, supervise early career clinicians, share clients, and hold complex cases together. But the tools available have rarely made that easy.

This release is our effort to change that.
We wanted to build something that takes care of the coordination, so you can take care of the work that actually matters.

What Allia for Practices helps you do

Create one shared space for your team

Invite your clinicians, supervisors, interns, and admins into a practice workspace that feels cohesive and organised. Switching between your individual and group account is simple.

Give each person the access they truly need

Allia now includes clear role-based access, with the option to customise permissions based on your practice’s structure.

Whether someone needs to view, edit, comment, or co-sign, you decide what makes sense.

Support shared clients without sacrificing privacy

Primary clinicians can share specific items with defined access levels.
Everyone stays aligned, and everything stays protected.

      Keep supervision simple

Supervisors and senior clinicians can review notes, leave comments, and guide trainees directly within the system.

Feedback becomes part of the clinical workflow instead of living in separate documents or emails.

See outcomes in a clear, centralised way

Practices can view outcomes in one clean metric that updates automatically - no need for extra dashboards or manual tracking.

Understand your practice through one dashboard

The new insights view gives leaders a better understanding of productivity, note completion, no-show rates, client engagement, and more. Also, access is role-based, so confidentiality stays completely intact.

Manage referrals and waitlists with less stress

Track who is waiting, who they should see, and what they need, all in one place, helping your team bring clients into care with more confidence.

Build the foundation for larger practices

Allia for Practices supports teams of up to 20 members and sets the groundwork for our upcoming enterprise version, built for larger organisations that need deeper customisation.

      What guided this release

Throughout this process, we kept returning to one simple belief: when clinical teams can work together without friction, that ease shows up in the care clients receive. Our goal was never to add features just to make the platform bigger. It was to lower the noise behind the scenes, support the way teams naturally collaborate, and make the everyday parts of practice life feel a little lighter.

We wanted supervisors to have the clarity they need without feeling like they are chasing information. We wanted clinicians to stay connected to their work instead of juggling disconnected tools. And most of all, we wanted group practices to have a system that feels considered and supportive rather than overwhelming or complicated.

This release came together through months of conversations, workflow reviews, and honest insight from the clinicians who trusted us with their real challenges. That trust shaped every decision, and we’re genuinely grateful for the time and perspective so many of you shared with us.
